This event weaves together mindful yoga and a 5 senses meditation, designed to heighten your awareness and bring deeper connection with your inner self. Through yoga and mindfulness, you’ll sharpen your senses, making the wine-tasting experience more vivid, perceiving each flavor and aroma at a profound level. As we shift to stargazing, you’ll engage your sense of sight, observing both the vastness of the sky and the details in front of you—grounded yet connected to the furthest corners of the universe.
It’s not necessary to have any prior experience with yoga.

I love teaching yoga with a focus on mindfulness, guiding students toward a deeper connection with themselves. My approach emphasizes body awareness and proper alignment, ensuring that each pose is practiced in a way that honors individual needs. Through mindful movement and breath, I aim to help people cultivate self-awareness and balance, both on and off the mat. I’m passionate about creating a space where everyone can explore their practice with curiosity and compassion, leading to a stronger connection between mind, body, and spirit.

With a decade of experience in the wine industry, which has taken her around the world, Marina brings a unique perspective to each tasting. She views wine as a living, breathing entity, each bottle with its own distinct personality. For Marina, it’s not about promoting a brand, but about honoring the essence of the wine itself
Her tastings invite you to connect deeply with each glass, discovering the story it has to tell.
Open Orbi, Co Working & Co Living
