Yoga is a Journey within yourself

Make that connection:
PLUG IN
Listen to your body, it’s talking through your physical sensations. Rest your gaze upon your mind and be a witness of your thoughts without engaging with them: simply observe. Take care of your emotions, they want your attention and your love to be able to flow.
Move your body consciously and from time to time take a deep breath and connect with yourself in the present moment.
Let Nature be your favourite place to go to, and follow its rhythm. Nature is a great teacher and a powerful healer.
Explore new places, people and situations, be curious like a child that experiences everything for the first time.
Plugged yIn was born after my Yin Yoga teacher training. Studying and practicing Yin Yoga by relaxing deeply into the poses for several minutes helped me to connect with my own self at a deeper level, it helped me to Plug in.

Sabrina Ronchetti
A curious and independent soul, journeying, both within myself and across the world. A lover of nature, I always end up in secluded places where I find my favorite silence, the one filled with the whispers of the wilderness. I have always been searching for the soul of things and people. I love dancing and I am drawn to horses, carriers with such grace of their kindred spirits and still so powerful . I approached yoga as a way to stay fit, but I found much more: It became a tool for a profound connection with my essence. I teach Hatha yoga, where strength and flexibility are combined with focus, and I’m passionate about Yin yoga, where relaxation and surrender in a pose brings a deeper connection with the self.I studied Hatha Yoga in Morocco with Diamond Heart Yoga School (200h) and Yin Yoga in Greece, on the island of Corfu with Yujmu, at Inea Yoga School.(200h) I learn and practice mindfulness and I love bringing the concept to my students.I cultivate an interest in spirituality and when I travel I love exploring the ancestral and aspects of the local culture. I love discovering new places and I have taught yoga while traveling through Morocco, Italy, Egypt and Mexico.
