How to Join Us
Fill in the registration form with the information required.
Place your non-refundable down payment of 600 USD on the bank details we will provide you once you have registered.
This action immediately reserves your place on the retreat and gives you access to the PATHWAYS TO PRESENCE group on Facebook.
The balance is due in full at least 60 days before your departure date.
If you are booking within 60 days of the start date of the retreat, payment of the invoice must be made in full along with submission of the Booking Form.
When booking a shared room, if there is no one to share with (due to cancellation or the lack of a room sharer) the participant will be charged a single supplement.
It is required that you have medical insurance that covers horse riding activities.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if we do not meet the minimum of 3 participants (in that case we will give you a full and prompt refund of any deposit or other payments made by you to us for the arrangements (other than administrative or amendment charges paid).
A private trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.

LUXOR:

HURGHADA:

What Is Included
– Transportation to and from the Airport
– All Rides specified in the Extension Options Itinerary – water provided
– Two 1 hour Yoga sessions only for the Luxor extension
– Entrance fees to the sites mentioned in the Extension Options Itinerary
– Guides for sites visits
– All transportation per the itinerary (to/from the stable –
sightseeing – shopping)
– 2 nights Hotel accommodation
– 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners (unlimited water tea and coffee)
What Is Not Included
–Flights to and from Egypt
–Internal flights
– Tourist Visa
– Soft drinks and alcohol
– Additional horse rides or yoga sessions (optional)
– Other non-included items would include souvenir shopping, extra spa
services, taxis, laundry, and tips
– Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance. (Please be aware
that the medical insurance that covers horse riding is mandatory)
