This final chapter (for now) of a 3-session event brings together the nurturing essence of the ancient feminine healing energies from Southern Italy, vibrating through the circle of women gathered here. It also honors the resilience and strength that emerge from stillness—the quiet courage to observe ourselves, our minds, and the sensations of our bodies through Yin Yoga.
The beauty of a group circle is that it gives you the sensation of being part of something greater. And if those bodies are women, the energy will be one of creation, a force of vulnerable strength and openness.
It’s not necessary to have any prior experience with yoga.

YIN YOGA PRACTICE
Yin is the feminine side of yoga, the counterpart to the masculine Yang. Represented by the moon, it brings benefits to our softer side, encouraging patience, surrender, empathy, and allowing us to simply be.
As we move from one pose to another, we pause and rest, holding space for our bodies to feel, connect, and follow the constant flow of energy within. Together, we embrace this sacred moment of connection, softness, and strength.

The beauty of a group circle is that it gives you the sensation of being part of something greater. And if those bodies are women, the energy will be one of creation, a force of vulnerable strength and openness.
I am passionate about Yin yoga, where relaxation and surrender in a pose brings a deeper connection with the self. Yoga, with its movement and the increasing flexibility of the body, helps amplify the space where energy can flow. Yin yoga, specifically, is about nurturing our femininity by simply listening to all it has to say.

Women embody the spirit of strength, resilience, beauty and community. Italy, known for its ancient history, structure and lands carries the divine feminine energy known through its fertile lands.
WITH LAURA
Laura, the host of this series of events, is a Reiki Practitioner incorporating crystal, sound and plant energies, Energy Teacher and Facilitator of Sacred Circles & Workshops. Her travels across this beautiful planet have brought forward opportunities to learn from a variety of teachers, including her recent shift into Southern Puglia, Italy.
Having spent the last decade exploring this sacred area, the Southern Regions of Italy have called to Laura’s soul so much so that in her own breakdown and breakthrough of old cycles, beliefs and patterns that kept her in a “comfort state”, she was drawn to deep dive here, live and let live without boundaries and definitions society constructs for us. What she has been uncovering in her own journey, her perceptions and realizations from fellow women in these communities are profound.

Find your own sacred space at home—that cozy corner where you feel at peace. This is your personal temple, a place to retreat into stillness and comfort. Lay down your yoga mat or something soft, and surround yourself with plenty of cushions or pillows to support your body, and a warm blanket, and wear your most comfortable, warm clothing to fully relax.
As you settle into this space, know that once you close your eyes, you’ll be connected to the powerful feminine energies gathering with you tonight. In this moment, we unite as one, sharing in the sacred flow of strength, softness, and deep connection.
